Order Process and Shipping
Upon receipt of all orders we will send you a work order confirming what you’ve requested as a proforma invoice (including freight costs). We will contact you by phone with any queries or questions to ensure we get your order correct. The delivery time clock starts once you make payment and supply the payment receipt to the nominated account … Delivery time will vary from state to state and please note that delivery time is calculated after your order has been processed**:

Free shipping* is available on some in-stock items with an order value of $1200 and delivered to a metro area (excluding WA & Tas) * On applicable items ….(confirmed at time of raising proforma invoice).
Your order will most likely take less time to deliver than what we've specified, however you can always choose to upgrade to first class EXPRESS delivery at an extra cost, and you will receive your goods quicker and all goods will be covered under insurance.

Your order will leave our warehouse or suppliers warehouse within 1 working day after we receive your order payment confirmation - from the time of order for the following states: NSW, QLD, VIC (NOTE IN METRO AREAS ONLY), please allow 4-5 working days for TAS, NT, SA & WA).
If you select local pick-up and installation you will be notified by phone when your purchased items arrive at the local The Tyre Factory store and are ready for installation. Your order will include banking details and we are asking that you make a direct payment to the nominated bank account as soon as possible and we will ship as soon as we see your payment confirmation.
Additional charges could apply to regional areas for first class EXPRESS delivery.
** Processing Times - Please note all orders commence once payment is confirmed and then orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday will be processed on the following business day, All orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed on Monday. No orders are shipped till payment finalised.
